Nature of processing personal data

The personal data processed consist of identification data (such as, by way of example: name, residence and/or domicile, telephone number, email address, etc.); under no circumstances will definable data be requested and processed, pursuant to Art. 9 of Regulation 2016/679, as "special" data (formerly sensitive).

 

Purpose, legal basis and mandatory and/or optional nature of processing.

Your personal data shall be processed solely to pursue the following purposes: responding to requests for information; sending communications of a commercial, advertising and information nature concerning the products and/or services offered by V2 engineering S.r.l .; sending information regarding events, fairs or exhibitions in which V2 engineering S.r.l. will participate or organized by itself; determining customer satisfaction levels as regards the quality of products and services provided enhancing their quality; market research activities. To the effect of the purpose specified above, the acquired data, recorded in registers and/or data banks, is performed using manual, computerised and/or telematic tools, and with operative procedures and measures to ensure security and confidentiality, respecting the principles pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679.

 

Communication and disclosure of data to third parties

Without prejudice to the statutory obligations, your personal data may be shared with:

- right to object: you may object, in whole or in part, for reasons relating to your specific situation, the processing of your personal data, although pertinent to the purpose of their collection; as well as the processing of data carried out for purposes of direct marketing, including customer profiling.
